Our establishment did not start out as a restaurant but as a cooperative producing wines from indigenous grapes. The first grape contributions and subsequent vinification date back to 1979. In particular, the wine produced by local winemakers is one of the highlights of La Kiuva’s cellar.
The combination of tradition and innovation that characterizes our wines results from our producers’ significant experience and dedication, who work passionately to create unique and quality products.
Our cellar now offers a wide selection of wines – reds, whites, and sparkling – all strictly produced in-house. Our wines have even reached international customers, allowing them to savor the authentic flavor of the Aosta Valley no matter where they are in the world.
We exported as many as 60,000 bottles of Rouge Vallée and Rosé de Vallée and 2,000 bottles of Arnad Montjovet and Arnad Montjovet superior DOC.
